Symposium Language

Presentation language is Turkish and English. Simultaneous translation will be avaliable in both languages. So that, we suggest Turkish Scholars to present their studies in Turkish. However, abstracts and full articles must be submitted in English.

Presentation Duration and Type

Presentation duration is 20 minutes and after each chair there will be a break (10 minutes). Also, in each chair there will be 3 presentations. Barco-vision is avaliable for the presentations.

Credit

The symposium will be credited by the National Association of Social and Applied Gerontology in Turkey.

 Name Tag

We expect to wear name tags during all the sessions. Before the symposium all name tags will be published and delivered to the participants.

Abstract Book

Abstract books will be ready in the symposium bags before the symposium.

 Participation Certificate

Certificates will be awarded before the Gala Premiere.Participants who will leave the symposium before the Gala Premiere should inform the staff on the information desk in order to make their certificate prepared.

 Invitation Letters

If necessary, an invitation letter will be sent to participants in order to get permision from their organisations.

Coffee and Lunch Breaks

Lunchs and coffees for the invited participants will be supplied by the Symposium sponsors.
